I've been having lower back strong cramps on and off everyday for a few minutes, the cramps are that strong that I need to get on the floor on all fours, and I have been getting an uncomfortable pressure feeling high up in vagina. Anyone else had this?

Hi, I’m 7+4 today and I’ve been having back cramps on and off since about 4 weeks, not to the extend that you’re describing at all but they are certainly noticeable.
