Consistent dull cramps at 14 weeks

Hi

For the last 5 days or so I've had cramping in my stomach, sometimes it's really low and other times it's just below my ribs. It's not particularly painful just a bit uncomfortable. I'd describe it as persistent and dull. I'm not sure if digestive issues could be causing this as I know that's a common complaint but I cant tell the difference between that and cramps that I should be concerned about.

I have had 2 lletz procedures for precancerous cervical cells so I'm high risk and I'm awaiting my first appt for cervical length screening so obviously I'm panicking that the cramps are to do with my cervix giving way and potentially having a miscarriage, although I know I'm probably totally over reacting. Has anyone else had similar kinds of cramps to put my mind at rest a little? My last scan was 10 days ago and all was fine at that point. Thanks

Hi I am 14+1 pregnant with my first and have also had the ache / stitch but it only started yesterday dead on 14 weeks . My MW has said it’s round ligament pain in an uncomplicated pregnancy , not sure how that stands with your cervix etc but that’s what I’ve been told x
