Pain under right rib 20 weeks

I woke up at 5am this morning with excruciating pain under my right rib, it hurt even to breathe for about 30mins, its still painful but now bearable. Has anyone had this around 20 weeks?

Not until the baby got a bit bigger, but call your midwife about it as can be a sign of pre eclampsia, I'm sure it's not, but better to be safe x

As @js30 says, my ribs were very painful from about 30 weeks onwards as the muscles stretch and the baby kicks but as it can be a sign of pre-eclampsia then best to get checked out

Could be liver related too, I had terrible rib-flare pain in both pregnancies from about 20 weeks, which is harmless (but really hurts).
Definitely get checked out though
