Third Trimester Joint Aches & Pains

Hi all

I'm just over 30 weeks and have noticed my knees are abit sore along with my fingers/wrists. I just feel generally achy!

Does anyone else feel this way? I've read it's due to your body obviously carrying the extra weight but would be interested in others experiences?

I know right!!! So weird I'm getting all these extra symptoms now! It's making sleep so fun! 😂🙈
