Is there anything to help acne 😭

I came off my pill last summer, my acne started around October time, I am blaming hormones as its mainly just the right hand side of my chin. (funnily enough I was told I ovulated from my right ovary in this pregnancy!) I fell pregnant December time and my spots are still so bad, proper cystic acne that I never ever had before even throughout my teens. I used to not wear make up to work but now I don't have the confidence to go bare face.
I've tried various face masks, tea tree oil, sudocreme, different serums and literally nothing is helping.

Any tips or do I just have to wait for it to go away in its own 😭

Best advice is don't pick! I never had a spot in my life nor my last preganancy but have had them bad this time and at first I couldn't leave them alone but it made then worse. Clean pillows use a good scrub and face wash

I’ve had awful spots too since falling pregnant and also on one side of my face!
I’ve found the CBD facial oil from Bybi is really helping bring down inflammation and then have been using these “acne patches” from amazon overnight which seem to help too.

Buy a new pillow and pillow protector, but on a clean pillowcase ever day, try Avon clearskin range it’s not expensive and is very good, if you hair is long tie it back at night.
Drink lots of water.

Following too for inspiration, I have pretty bad cystic acne especially on the left hand side of my chin (28 weeks pregnant) I do sleep on that side of my face most often. I'm 37 and have suffered from acne most of my life (PCOS) but mostly under control with the combined pill. Its definitely hormonal. My skincare regime is pretty solid but it is hard not to pick when spots come to a head so will have to be better at that. I also may have to start the fresh pillow case every day routine and start plaiting my hair before bed. I use dermatologica acne face wash and clinique 3 step. Wash your face morning and night, I have been told not to over exfoliate though as it may irritate your skin further. Hoping 3rd trimester and breast feeding will be kinder as it'll be a while before I can medicate.

Thanks for all your responses!! Definitely will try these options. Never thought about changing my pillow more regularly 🙈

I've had awful cystic acne since falling pregnant in November....It's mainly around my neck, chin and jaw area but it's really been getting me down and nothing works.
I'm now 16+1 and just in this last week it seems to be going away!!! I'm scared to get too excited incase it comes back with a vengeance but really hoping I've seen the back of it and I'm now going to get that glowing skin I've read about in the second trimester 😂
