Does anyone have any tips or advice???
I'm 16+3 weeks pregnant.
Before getting pregnant I had a small bladder anyway so could probably drink a cup of tea and a half and need a wee.

Well. Now it's obviously ten times worse. During the day I can live with that. Not hard to go to the loo. But night time!!!! I have to get up like six times in the night for a wee. The broken sleep is killing me and everyone says the further on you get the worse it gets!!

I've tried not drinking a few hours before bed but doesn't change anything. I'm so thirsty all the time too so it's hard not to drink.

😫😫😫

In both my pregnancies I found this was really bad early on but got a bit better when my bump really 'popped' which I think was around 23ish weeks with my first (sooner this time!). I went from getting up a few times a night to managing a whole night / just needing to get up once. Though I must say once I got very big it did come back.... but it was nice to have a little respite in the middle!

My advice is carry on drinking. I’m peeing all night but just getting dehydrated. Drinking more doesn’t actually increase the frequency of the pee, somehow!

I’m 24 weeks and get this too, I’m up for a wee about 4 times a night at least and that’s on a good day, haven’t found much to help it yet!!! Very frustrating

I'm 35+3 and it just seems to get worse. At the moment I get up to pee at night every hour Sad

I remember this!! Sorry, it just got worse for me until my daughter arrived 🙈

I'm the same! I'm 17 weeks and I can't stop. I don't drink a lot (I never have) but this morning I had a small glass of cordial and ever since I've been going to the toilet none stop. I tried having a nap and I was up literally every 10 minutes. The minute I got comfy to fall asleep my bladder would be bursting. Not sure what causes it!

God this was me! From very early on in my case, about 8 weeks.
