Morning, I'm lying awake stressing that this pregnancy is ectopic. I have had quite a bit of cramping on the right side, both low down & also in my tummy as well! No bleeding yet but shoulder also feels sore (thou is this busy because I'm panicking, no idea)!
Think I might call the EPU in the morning, I certainly will if things get worse but I really don't want work to know & I'll end up going in late!
Or shall I wait & see????
Sorry for the ramble, tired & stressed Sad

Oh & also a lot of back pain, especially on the right, I don't remember that at all with my first!

Call 111 for advice. Shoulder pain is a symptom of ectopic pregnancy. Hopefully all is well but there's a few troubling symptoms there, sorry.

Thank you, i just don't know whether to wait it out until the morning and see.
Does anyone know if symptoms stay at the same level or do they get drastically worse?

they get worse.

Call now. 111 may book you an early morning appointment but if a nurse talks to you they may say go in now

I had really bad cramping when I was about 4 weeks pregnant. I had an early scan and they said everything was fine it was just the uterus changing. Definitely get it checked out as it is better to be safe, but most likely everything will be fine :)

Thank you for everyone's comments, I spoke to the local EPU but they've fobbed me off so back to square one, going to try & get gP app in the morning!
Still having pain all down one side & my older boy also ill so a stressful awake night again Sad

How are you feeling now morningworld? Did EPU stop messing you around?

Some EPUs don’t take self-referrals but hopefully your GP can refer you. Hope it all turns out ok.
