Flu jab at 11 weeks?

Hello ladies

I have been offered the flu jab at 11 weeks, is that normal?
I know quite a few people who have had the flu recently and I'm worried about catching it. I can't remember at what stage I had it during my previous pregnancies and I know it's quite late in the flu season now.
But at the same time I've heard with the current coronavirus outbreak it's best to have the vaccine - wouldn't want to end up on a ward full of other sick patients.

What did you ladies do?

I'll be having mine at 9 weeks. I think it's fine :)

I had mine the day I had my first scan and was 11+3. Think they offer until 16 weeks

sel2223 · 26/02/2020 19:03

I had mine 2 weeks ago at 14 weeks

Practice nurse. You can have it at any stage in pregnancy, right up until delivery.
