Implantation bleeding?

Sorry for the gross pic but wondering if anyone has any experience on this. This was my tampon of today could this be implantation? Also had a gush of redish blood a couple of days ago then had this on and off since? Sorry again for pic any advice would be appreciated. Period not due for approximately 2 weeks thanks.

Sorry thought I'd add that I've also been feeling very drained and tired, had a slight bloating and cramping feeling in my stomach.

I had this in my first pregnancy and was told it was old blood that had come out due to my uterus expanding. Brown is not usually anything to worry about.
