So I’m 32 weeks pregnant and I’m a writer! I’m soon going to be working on my second book, and it’s going to be about pregnancy and mental health, what to expect and how to handle it. I’ll be writing it likely over the space of 7 - 8 months to include the first 6 months of having a baby.
I’m just doing some research and was wondering, if you were to read a book on pregnancy and what to expect with your mental health, what would you want included/would have helped you during your pregnancy?
