Hey I have never gone a day without feeling the baby move but I have noticed as I have got bigger hd moves less and they are different more like my belly goes hard and he's switched around has anyone else noticed this ? I went to the midwife yesterday his heartbeat was fine I just stress myself out about it so much

It's more because they do larger movements (like when they roll) instead of flurries of kicks and punches due to the fact they are growing, but their house isn't!

My midwife advised that as long as you still feel movement according to their pattern (for me it tends to be laying down at night and shortly after eating) then you should be okay.

If you are worried go to your assessment unit. Always better to be safe than sorry. They will run a trace.

Yeah mine always is abit more active at night and iv never had a night where he hasn't moved I think I'm just being paronoid .... I also have an anterior placenta but the midwife said it shouldn't cause me problems this far along

Thanks guys I had a chocolate and Nutella pancake that seemed to do the trick he was jumping around like mad after that

My midwife always advised to drink a glass of ice water - worked everytime!
