Would a fitted sheet size 86cmx50cm fit a mattress size 87x44?

Probably but it’d be very tight length ways and probably cause the mattress to bend a bit.. plus any natural shrinkage after a wash would make it tighter still.. I think you really need a sheet that’s the same or longer than the mattress!
