Tiny pimples on chest 36 weeks pregnant

I have noticed over the past couple of weeks I wouldn't go as far to say acne as they have tiny little heads on them but it's also not a rash as it's not under the skin they are more like tiny little spots I have very sensitive skin but I was wondering weather it may be something to do with my milk has anyone else experienced this ? X

I have the same thing midwife said it's just from all of the hormones nothing to worry about

Have you been using anything new on your skin? Some of the oils I used to try and prevent stretch marks broke me out a bit.
