Hypnobirthing apps

Hello

I’m 25 weeks pregnant and interested in finding out more about hypnobirthing - does anyone have recommendations for apps or online courses please? I will also look for classes locally but thought an app/online might be a good starting point.

The positive birth company do an online course, I haven’t used it myself but I really liked their book so I am going to purchase the online course soon. They also have an app called Freya.
