So I'm about 9 weeks pregnant and I've noticed I've been experiencing bad nipple pain when I get very cold or in the cold and it lasts maybe about 15-20 mins and it gets really bad almost to where I can't stand it also my nipples would get a white spot on it when this happens and I think it's white without the pain too but anyways I have to end up warming them up with my hands which gives a little relief And also I've experienced this pain before I got pregnant and I'm wondering if this type of pain is normal with or without being pregnant..?

Never ever experienced painful nipples when I was cold before pregnant but damn, since 4 weeks, EVERY TIME I get cold, my nipples hurt for ages. I hear it's normal x

I'm 26 weeks and have the exact same pain in the cold. I've had it since around the same time as you. Nipples just must not get cold under any circumstance. Haha

You poor thing! I've been getting this too for the last 3-4 weeks, it's a flipping nightmare isn't it. Esp. on my way to the bus stop in the morning, the first time it happened I was totally blown away by how painful it was. I googled it (always dangerous lol) and think it might be something called nipple vasospasm? Just gotta keep them warm I think!
