Anyone else all of a sudden can't stop eating

I turns 6 months on Friday and on Saturday I went out for lunch and couldn't finish at it was a massive servicing if Cod and chips I found where I was stuffed it felt like my stomach had pop out as before Saturday u couldn't really notice my bump as I'm on the porkie side but I find myself non stop eating and I'm not even hungry I don't know if this is common with people who are having boys or just once your hot 6 months I'm going food shopping tomorrow so will be buying lots of fruit and veg to snack on

I'm about 6 months now too and I've noticed massive increase in hunger in the last week. I actually feel ravenous and been finding it hard to control myself!

I'm having a little boy and found when I hit 30 weeks my appetite has just gone insane and I cant stop eating! I haven't really gained any weight but cannot stop eating. Nearly 35 weeks now but I just want food all the time!

I'm not even hungry but I find I'm just eating but only been since this weekend
