Six weeks pregnant and don't feel very different?

Probably sounds silly but apart from 2 positive home tests, palpitations, bigger boobs (but not tender) and some very mild period type pains I don't feel pregnant! Is that normal? I wish in someways that I could have morning sickness just so I would know for sure!!!

my morning sickness kicked in at about 7 weeks as i recall. also didnt feel pregnant till then. it differs from person to person.
you may sail through with no symptoms however.....hold onto your hat for when the symptoms do kick in because my God you will know about it

Don't worry, it will kick in. I felt normal until about 8 weeks, enjoy it before the sickness and tiredness start! You may get lucky and not get the symptoms .

I was exactly the same - bubs was a surprise for us, so wasn't expecting to be pregnant - kept expecting my period to start as had period pains, PMS and bigger norks.

Took ages for the penny to drop - a month of period symptoms and no period finally made me take a test - but which time I was 8 weeks...

Never a moment of moning sickness - have a look on any thread with hyperemesis in the title to cure yourself of wishing for this

Congratulations!

It probably won't feel real until your 12 week scan...

God knows, I'm 20 weeks gone and there are still days when I don't feel pregnant (even though there's a bump shaped tum on me).
