I'm 14+2 and just feel so emosh I cried really sad tears last night and have a feeling of doom. I've had a previous MMC at 7wks and been through the IVF mill. I'm not sure I feel pregnant anymore, I still have heartburn, but I have lower back ache which is worrying along with random ovary pain. Could I be getting AF? I had a dreadful migraine earlier and I'm still tired, sleeping a lot...has anyone experienced similar? Sorry if this is a bit of a draining post x

I'm 23 weeks now but my pregnancy symptoms decreased rapidly around where you are now. It is normal as the placenta kicks in apparently. Also, having had previous losses, I was extremely anxious. Just to say, i know how you feel, but it does get easier Thanks

It sounds like you have anxiety, understandably so but best to maybe talk to midwife about it?
Have you had 12 week scan?

I'm 18 weeks and at 14 weeks I was starting to feel better. And today I have random ovary pain on my left side.

Your physical symptoms sound typical of pregnancy x

I'm 14+2 today as well!! I'm so emosh at the moment too - I cried earlier because I liked a song (nothing to do with the lyrics or anything, I literally just cried because I realised I liked the song haha).

I don't think you're getting AF so try not to worry. The risk of miscarriage now is so, so low. All your symptoms seem totally normal. All the symptoms I felt in the first trimester have pretty much gone, I'm just very emotional and suffering with headaches too. It's easier said than done, but try not to worry xxx

OP I'm 14 weeks also and the past week has been very different for me, splitting headaches as pp said, symptoms otherwise seem to have settled but I'm super emotional and on Friday locked myself in the bathroom for a two hour bath so I could just sit and cry on my own for no damn reason 🤷🏽‍♀️ I've also had MMC and know that fear but honestly it sounds like you're right about on track!
