I'm almost 7 weeks, 2nd pregnancy. The nausea and vomiting have taken over and I feel awful. Actually panicking about getting through the next month or two. I wasn't as bad with my first pregnancy. Any suggestions for what helped any of you?

Very cold drinks, iced mango smoothies from my local coffee shop. I couldn’t go near a warm or hot drink until I was about 5 months, tap water wasn’t cold enough for me! I really struggled with my fluid intake, it was a very hot June when I was about 7 weeks.
Cold toast and marmite was lovely

I'm trying to force myself to eat but everything is turning me, no appetite at all. Then when I do eat I'm sick anyway Confused

For a few weeks, I forced myself to eat and just thought I would keep it down and then it came back up, I know it’s miserable but at about 15 weeks it was like a switch flipped and it went away, hopefully yours won’t last much longer.
Try and keep your fluids up.
