Bed sheets

We need to buy bed sheets for our bedside crib and Moses basket. I just wondered how many sheets we need to buy? And also, how often do you change the sheets? (Sorry if a stupid question - FTM!)

Also, if anybody can recommend any fitted sheets for the Tutti Bambini Cozzee bedside crib please! Finding it to be quite an awkward size for sheets

I've found 'for your little one' good for odd sized sheets. Number of sheets is dependent on how the baby is, for my daughter 3 was enough but my son is more sicky so I've got 5. I changed my daughter's when I did ours but my son's gets done when he's sick which can be a couple of times a night.

Yeah I was about to say I basically only change when they’re dirty, usually sick but sometimes a milk spill or snot (nice). We have 3, and 3 sleeping bags, which has been enough so far, though on a couple of particularly vomitty nights it’s been close!! You can always buy more if you find you need them.

My son was sicky so we went through a few at first but a muslin over top of sheet where his head was, wrapped and tucked in underneath was a great tip MN gave me! Three did us plenty.

You can use a pillowcase for the Moses basket sheet. Handy tip I found out first time round.
