Hi,
I know it is a very unreasonable time to be posting but hopefully someone will see !
So I’m 13 weeks pregnant with my first , and i felt like I was over the worst of my symptoms for now!
I just woke up because I felt myself do a loud snore , and I found I was struggling to breathe out my nose and I’m not a mouth breather so it obviously didn’t feel natural . I realised my nose was really blocked so I just went to blow it and noticed I’d got a huge nose bleed that had been happening when I was asleep but then must’ve clotted up. Clots of blood came out when I blew it .And then what seemed like a lot of blood before it stopped. This has happened twice now, first time round was when I did have a bad cold before my bacterial infection in my throat so I assumed It was that, now I’m thinking it’s probably pregnancy related? Has anyone else had this ?
It was a bloody mess ! (No pun intended)

I had 3 nose bleeds between 8-10 weeks. I believe it's to do with the capillaries expanding in blood vessels. Maybe mention it to your midwife at your next appointment.

I have this every single morning when I blow my nose. Not a huge bleed but clots and a bit of blood. I figured it’s a pregnancy symptom to do with capillaries expanding.

I had it throughout my pregnancy. Sometimes it happened after I had crackers or ice-creams. I ended up having no treats at all... Oh well. I'm glad no nosebleed after birth.

Throughout my whole pregnancy I had nosebleeds, sometimes blood would literally pour out but within minutes it would be gone
