That's baby's arm up near its head as u can see fingers there is no bottom shot to even guess what sex is

It’s hard to say, but my sons boy parts looked more like a rocket ice lolly, if that makes sense. It was a very distinctive shape. Your picture looks too round. There’s no actual penis shape.

Those don't even show the bottom half of baby, let alone a penis!

Next time ask them to zoom in on genitals and to explain what you are seeing. This pregnancy dh asked about the sex and after asking if it was ok for the sonographer to tell me. He quickly zoomed in and showed us it. That felt awkward being shown baby genital as I thought he would just tell us like what happened at previous pregnancy. Do you have any more scans coming up? Maybe you can ask then or pay privately (groupon do good deals) or wait if you want a surprise.

Didnt you ask the sonographer about the sex? They would have shown you if you asked!

The video is more clear in what I am guessing - thanks for the help on what I should be looking for - the more rounded part. That helps!!

Husband doesn't want to know.. after we lost a wee boy in April so waiting it out so I'm just passing time with guessing.
