13 weeks with vomiting bug

I’m a few days off 13 weeks; I thought my ‘morning sickness’ which has been quite bad since week 4 was getting worse, but my vomiting has been projectile today which makes me think it’s a bug. Could this be dangerous for my pregnancy and is there any way of knowing whether or not this is something scary like listeriosis? Very anxious mum here!

keep drinking water if u can. If u get worse then phone for advice or if u dont feel right or if u are worried then give the hospital a call.lots of bugs going around just now.
