I'm around 6weeks pregnant & have just noticed I have some brown discharge when I wipe - I have been having cramps for days but this morning is particularly bad on my left side. EPU at our local hospital isn't answering so I can only imagine they are closed on weekends - I don't yet have a number for my midwife as I don't see her until the 6th. Any advice would be hugely appreciated xx
