Hi, im being induced next Friday. I've attended antenatal classes but they didn't teach us any breathing techniques. Please can someone point me in the direction of useful videos/ websites. I'm interested in hypnobirthing techniques too. Thank you

I did "square breathing" during labour which I found really useful. (See picture). It worked really well when using entonox as well.

For hypnobirthing techniques have a Google of Up Breathing and Down Breathing. You use Up Breathing during the first stage of labour and Down during the second stage (when you get urges to push). There's also visualisations for both to help you keep calm. There are some online hypnobirthing courses
