Hi all just wondering for those of you that have had two or more pregnancies - if you had any issues in first pregnancy did they occur again in second pregnancy?
I had a great first pregnancy up until 32 weeks, then blood pressure issues, massive swelling , carpel tunnel and eventually induced for pre eclampsia at 37 weeks. I’m realistic to expect similar again but wondering what your experience was? I am consultant led care this time and she said it was likely I would experience same issues again but nothing gaurenteed. I am taking aspirin everyday now. Any advice of experience much appreciated!

Yeah pre eclampsia here for both pregnancies.
Both born at 36 weeks, both 5lb babies due to placenta inefficiency I assume.
But home with 24 hours (c section births).
And my 5lb4oz day aged nearly 17 standing at nearly 6 foot with his head permanently stuck in the fridge should reassure you that it’s all ok in the end.
Oh, and I’m still very “swollen” from my last pregnancy. Shut up. Baby weight can take 16 years to shift... 😊
