So I'm 31 + 3 and today my baby has been moving non-stop which isn't normal for me. I have an anterior placenta and usually get strong kicks in the morning, and then some throughout the day and then late at night, but today it has been constant and really big movements. I've also got really bad diarrhoa and have had two accidents but I feel otherwise fine in myself, it doesn't feel like I have a bug. I've also had lots of pressure on my pelvis to the point I've peed myself today and I had pinkish discharge (although I do have thrush that hasn't been treated yet).

I've called maternity triage and the woman was quite dismissive and told me to see how things go over the weekend and that I probably just have a bug but something just seems off. What else can I do?

Can you called your midwife direct?
I can understand why you would be concerned, maybe see if you can speak to someone else on the triage? Or 111 if they won't listen?

If your worried I would ignore what the nurse said and just make your way in to be checked best to be safe than sorry x trust your gut x

Are you worried there is something wrong with the baby or that you might be going into early labour? Could baby have dropped down a bit so things are feeling different? I don't think you can do much else, other than call back a bit later and see if you can speak to someone else? And if anything changes ring again and tell them what has changed.
