Hey ladies,

Had previous back problems in last pregnancy so had started to do
Some Pilates classes just before we conceived . The course I was attending has finished so I’m now just following videos on you tube - for those of you that do Pilates in pregnancy have you any particular you tube or online sites you would recommend? ALso any particular moves to be avoided and how many sessions a week is wise? Thank you!

Personally I'd pay to join a pregnancy yoga class or pilates class and tell the instructor that you're pregnant. I've carried mine on from finding out and I'm 39 weeks now but have had to adapt a lot of moves varying month to month. I would avoid any abdominal work though if you don't plan on joining a class. Couldn't recommend the pregnancy yoga highly enough though, it's absolutely brilliant!
