I'm 16 weeks pregnant and for the past 2 weeks been feeling so bloated but the past week it's got worse and I just feel like a constant weight on my stomach and need the toilet a lot and feel like I've ate too much constantly (my first time pregnant) I get it might be normal for pregnancy but I'm feeling so full/sicky heavy all day every day and it's just seemed to get worse, struggling to get comfy, I have all round ligament pain for sure but I have a quite high pain tolerance so that's not bothering me as much as feeling bloated and drained all day, any one know anything to help, I'm taking pregnacare vitamins with omega 3, got some more iron tablets today because don't think I'm getting enough with pregnacare also on a small dosage of sertraline for anxiety (50mg) so that should really be helping but it's not at all

Do you need to be taking the extra iron, it could be making you very constipated? Maybe try Rennie deflatine to ease the bloat a little. I'm not as far along as you but very bloated all the time, I find at 30 minute walk after a big meal really helps get the gas out

16 weeks and bloated here too:) I dont think there is much to help, for me I wonder if I am eating too much bread but it is the only thing that stops me feeling queasy:) In a coupe of months baby will be filling that space so maybe its just the body stretching the skin out a bit for us, kind of a practice bumpGrin

I'd be careful with the extra iron because of constipation.
I'm turning 17 weeks tomorrow and by the end of the day I look about 6 months pregnant. Bloating is rubbish :-(
Try and eat as healthy as possible and dairy products can be very bloating pregnant or not.
