I'm 32 weeks tomorrow and had another scan today including a TVS as my 20 week scan showed my placenta was slightly covering my cervix. The sonographer explained that the placenta had moved up enough. However there were some blood vessels in the way/too close that she was concerned about so wants to scan me again at 36 weeks.
She didn't explain what would happen if they hadn't moved at the 36 weeks scan and for some reason I didn't ask at the time.
What does it mean if they haven't moved? Will it mean a planned c-section? Will I have to be admitted? Does anyone have an experience of this?
I'm not seeing my midwife for a few more weeks and need some reassurance
