I literally haven't slept in over 24 hours now, and the night before I got 4 hours before my toddler woke me and then I couldn't return to sleep.
I think I suffered in my last pregnancy too but not as badly as this.
I'm only about 6 weeks and am dying of exhaustion, especially with a potty training toddler to look after too.
Any tips?

congratulations ! have you tried a bath and reading a book before bed ?

Not sure if ok but lavender oil on the wrists ?
( my son is 11 so out of touch with doe and donts with pregnancy )

I don’t sleep well at all either but but because I’m pregnant , just not. A great sleeper unfortunately .

Suffering to with this at 12 weeks. Did it get any better? It's awful and I'm sleeping so bad for the last 4 weeks

Hey there. I had awful insomnia at around 8 weeks. It got to a week of only having 2 hours sleep a night, then I had to ring in sick for work as I have a very active job. My partners boss suggested This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray. It worked for me and I researched it before and is safe to use in pregnancy. So a lavender pillow spray might be worth trying. X

For the last 3 to 4 weeks I tend to have one good sleep followed by 4 hrs then 2hrs. Yes I will try lavender I do love the smell of it.
