Hey I'm due my second baby in June, with a 9 year age gap between (husband and I kept putting it off to have another) I am keeping okay now but had a horrendous 18 first weeks. I'm starting to feel movement not massive amounts but enough to put my hand on and feel. But when I was preg with my first I didn't feel anything until 28 weeks. Hope your keeping well, I'm getting so excited now! 17 weeks to go! 🙌 Xx

AH16 · 19/02/2020 22:29

Hello! @Babymomalove @Natmac190715

I'm due in June!
My placenta is at the front so feeling movements but they feel cushioned at times. What date are you due? Hope you are both keeping well

Koo33 · 19/02/2020 22:37

I’m due 18th June, I am feeling some really big kicks now, sometimes they make me jump. I have been keeping very well so far, just get some annoying back pain sometimes

BBumblebee · 20/02/2020 13:58

I'm due 19th June some days i feel massive kicks and others days muffled kicks placenta at Front and only felt kicks 1 day before 20 weeks Scan I feel him everyday since though this is 6th baby but 3rd living, I had one mc and also twins but they were premature with one neonatal and stillborn but so far all is good worst sickness stopped last week hope it doesn't come back 😣 feeling really good now but waiting in heartburn to start next lol

Babymomalove · 20/02/2020 16:20

I am due 9th June with a little boy ❤️ I felt him move a lot last night and today -definitely the most I've felt so far .., still wish I could feel them more than I do .. heartburn every few days and it's a killer😑😑!! Lower back pain and last week had a very bad pain in my ribs.
Wishing you all the best of luck & healthy little babies ❤️❤️BiscuitSmileSmileSmile

Im due 21st with a boy. I love feeling his movements its so reassuring and lovely to feel. Definitely feeling tired all the time though. I'm high risk so have extra growth scans and consultant lead so extra appointments but everything seems ok so far. First baby and probably only baby too i just can't wait for him to be here

Natmac190715 · 20/02/2020 20:48

@Bbumblebee I'm due 19th too 🙌🙌 I'm proper counting down now...17 weeks to go!!! X

Hodge85 · 21/02/2020 05:43

I'm due 13th June with a little boy Grin He'll be our first, super excited! Started to feel him kick at 17 weeks, 24 weeks tomorrow and he kicks loads now. I too have an anterior placenta which can muffle him a bit depending on his position but it's a lovely feeling. Only ailments so far is hip pain after sleeping on my sides and some heartburn but all is well apart from those Smile

BBumblebee · 21/02/2020 20:19

@Natmac190715 yay a due date buddie super excited to 😊😊

mouse1234567 · 22/02/2020 09:04

Hi all, due June 14th. Started feeling little kicks by 20 weeks and now at 24 weeks tomorrow , he moves quite a bit and feel him quite often throughout the day and can see belly move sometimes. So reassuring, as am a very nervous IVf patient. Kind of feel like not long left now but also feels like we have to wait a long time!

Johnson10 · 22/02/2020 18:11

I’m due 22nd June, first baby & it’s a boy.
Movement is very scattered. I occasionally feel him moving but not a great deal & it’s not very strong. He was breech at the 20w scan. I wonder if his position makes it harder for me to feel him?! Feeling pretty well but tired.

Smiffette · 22/02/2020 20:07

Hi all and congratulations on the pregnancies!

I'm pregnant with my first, it's a girl 💕 I am due 8th June! Although expecting to be a week late as my LMP date is the 15th but they dated me a week ahead!

Not felt any movement yet, which did worry me, I know my placenta is at the front. I went to Triage Thursday evening and they listened to her heartbeat and all was good and they could hear her moving, which I couldn't feel. I left feeling reassured.

I think I will defo want to get another private scan before she's born.... I don't think I can go another 15/16 weeks to see her 😍 I think maybe around 32 weeks, get an idea of her size and position too!

24+6

Babymomalove · 22/02/2020 21:10

I don't feel baby as much as I think I should! I went to the docs and they checked heartbeat etc and when I do feel those movements I feel more relaxed.. my placenta is posterior which makes me worry even more 😟 but everything was fine at every scan and gp visits.. best of luck everyone❤️❤️

Do any of you ladies sometimes feel pressure down below or aches down there?

Natmac190715 · 23/02/2020 15:01

@Bbumblebee yes it's awful! Constant too and makes me scared to go to the toilet without sounding stupid! Xx

FTM2020 · 23/02/2020 15:13

Hi All,

I'm 23+5 with my first (a boy 💙), due 16th June but opting for an ELCS so will prob have him the week before.

I'm feeling a lot of movement now. I have a posterior placenta so no cushioning. He was breech at 20 week scan as I get what I'm assuming are punches around my belly button area and every so after he'll kick me low down 🥴 it's not painful but pretty uncomfortable!

I was floored with nausea until 17 weeks but have been feeling so much better since then. Only started getting pains in my ribs over the past few days, think it's my rib cage expanding as my bras are getting tight - although my boobs haven't grown any 😤 (was looking forward to that bit) lol.

evenprimrose · 23/02/2020 15:23

Hello everyone! I'm due in June too with first baby, don't know if it will be a boy or girl. Time is passing really quickly now!

I'm ravenous constantly..

How ready are you - have you bought clothes etc yet or holding off?

BBumblebee · 23/02/2020 17:02

@Natmac190715 this is how I feel I haven't had it to bad but as of today it's felt very achey worries me so much but trying to get through next week I don't think it's Babba sat weird as I've felt him move all over belly I really feel weird down there 🙊😩

DawnK77 · 23/02/2020 17:20

Hi! I'm due our first on 9th June. She is quite active, as soon as I sit down etc, but stops kicking as soon her her dad puts his hand on my stomach lol! I have a low placenta but not been told anything about that other than might be a C section.
I was starving all time untill this past week, now I have to eat but can't eat much

Smiffette · 23/02/2020 18:56

We picked up our travel system earlier, was delivered to mums! Didn't realise how much it needed putting together... I didn't really want to leave it up fully assembled as still feels a bit early.... so we are going to put it together a few weeks I think.

Has anyone else put there's together yet?

Johnson10 · 23/02/2020 19:04

@BBumblebee oh god yes. It’s so uncomfortable at times.

BBumblebee · 23/02/2020 19:28

Glad it's not just me and you guys are feeling it to worries me alot, it's my twins birthday/anniversary tomorrow and I Think I'm worrying more as I'm pretty much same week etc at 23 weeks its very weird I have had a son a year after the twins and I wasn't as worried but I have had 7 years to think about it now so plays more on mind I haven't got anything for the baby yet but as I have had complications before I don't like to feel I jinx it I think once I get to 26 weeks I'll buy some stuff I have my hospital bag packed and also my children's bags packed but that's because I have to be ready for anything my hospital bag doesn't have any baby bits in it yet though just for me, xx

Stee1 · 23/02/2020 19:44

23rd June here with a baby boy but I'm hoping he come a week or 2 earlier 😂 2nd baby boy but a 11 year age gap 😬

FTM2020 · 23/02/2020 20:58

@Smiffette we got ours delivered a few weeks ago. We set it all up to make sure it was all there/not damaged and then took it apart again and put it back in its box (where it will stay until our little guy arrives).

Which one did you go for?

Emberfoot · 23/02/2020 21:00

23rd June atm, but due to bubba having a serious heart condition we may have to have him early or something so date is very much in the air x
