Worried about miscarriage

Hi, I'm 4 weeks pregnant and I can't get out my head about miscarrying. It's my first and I've never experienced on but I'm on a paranoia about it.

It might be the simple fact I don't feel pregnant at all.

I know it's not healthy to worry about it but I can't get myself to stop. I'm testing nearly every day to make sure I'm still pregnant 🙈

Any advice?

I felt exactly the same - especially in the first trimester. I had an early scan at 7 weeks to reassure me which helped a lot. I think a lot of people feel like this 😊 Then the morning sickness hit and my focus was only on how awful I felt!

Congratulations!!

Speaking as someone who has had serveral miscarriages, as hard as it is to go through! Its in your best interest not to think of it. You have no reason to believe that this pregnancy will end!!

Fx for happy healthy pregnancy!!

Remember today you are pregnant

I felt the same when I found out but looking through this forum it seems it is very natural to feel this way. Especially as we all know for the first 12 weeks the risk is higher. I am just taking it 1 day at a time and every night I get in to bed thinking another day done and closer to the 12 week mark. Try to relax as you said worrying is not good :) oh and congratulations!! Xx
