I’m 34wks, and I’m actually struggling to function! I need some energy and fast!
I’ve got three kids, one of which is poorly so hasn’t been sleeping and I’m extremely anaemic. None of which is helping!
Is there anything I can take/eat/drink that will give me the boost I desperately need (to stay awake and vertical!)

Liquid iron. Not the tablets but Floradix or Feroglobin (not spate - it's too weak.)
Nuts and dried fruit.
A big strong latte.
A raw veg salad plate with as many different veggies, nuts and seeds in it as you can find. M&S do some good superfood ones if you are anywhere near one. So does Pret.

I lived on Diet Coke and adrenalin when DC were small. I seriously don't recommend it. It gave me gallstones and wrecked my metabolism. East some healthy food. Hope you feel better soon.

Not spate - stupid autocorrect: Spatone.

Also - daylight. Get outside if you can. It really helps the exhaustion.

Where as I’ve found spatone good. Floradux too upsetting in my stomach.

Unfortunately none of the iron tablets/liquid iron do anything whatsoever I’m still waiting on an infusion. Thanks though
I’ll get some salad, fruit and nuts and bits I can pick on though
