Is it safe to take magnesium supplements during pregnancy?

I have the Vitabiotics ones but it doesn’t say anything about pregnancy being safe or not on the insert

Yes, it is. I use 300mg of magnesium to prevent hardening of my belly. But you have to stop few weeks before the labour, it relaxes the uterus.
