Cant seem to settle myself at the moment I just so fed up. I am trying all the remedies and she seems just happy to stay in there. I am 1 cm with soft cervix as of monday following a sweep , have another sweep tomorrow afternoon! Any advice??

This is probably the most unwelcome advice ever, but I wish someone had told me: sleep. I had been awake for 48 hours by the time I gave birth (at 40+2, as it happens!) and I could have slept through the early contractions, had I not been SO EXCITED and convinced that the baby was going to come at any second. That sleep deprivation made everything much more difficult and much less fun.

Lie down somewhere dark, do some breathing exercises and enjoy the sound of silence.. if you can. Good luck! You got this.
