First time mum hoping to mainly BF think I would like electric pump
Have heard good things about the Medala ?

Like the look of Elvie but don't want to spend that amount as not planning on expressing/pumping that much

Thanks in advance

I have the medela swing and a haaka silicone pump. Love the haaka pump for ease of use, especially when feeding.

Hi, yes I bought the Medela swing for DS five years ago and still using it now for DD who is 12 weeks.
Our local hospital trust uses Medela pumps too.
Although a bit pricey it is really easy to use and clean. Would definitely recommend :)

Depends how much you will need/want to pump. I have the Ardo Calypso Double Plus which is about 20 quid more than the Medela but does both boobs at the same time - if you end up mainly/exclusively pumping you will want this!

I wouldn't buy a pump before baby gets here though - wait and see what your needs are.

@Tableclothing suppose that might be a good idea ? I'm hoping to not need to pump much but obviously that depends on a lot of factors
