Can you get pregnant before having a period when coming off the depo injection
Been really tired lately been sleeping with my partner and having some sickness and backache but no period yet
Can you get pregnant before periods return ?

Yes if you ovulate

Yes if you have ovulated although most people take 9 months for their ovulation to return to normal after coming off the injection.
