Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone can give me some advice... Im 16 weeks pregnant and nausea is definitely getting to me. I constantly feel sick but i'm never actually sick. I've also got a pain in my lower stomach when I stand up after sitting down and get pain in my back when i stand up for longer than 5 minutes.

At night, as soon as i lie down, i get leg and foot cramp so spend the majority of the night up and down trying to find a place where i can be comfortable long enought o get some sleep for work the next day.

I really just feel rubbish all the time. I don't want to make a big fuss of it if its completely normal but i just want to spend my day crying ( i actually spend my nights crying myself to sleep!) I know it'll all be worth it but im really worried that something may not be right. Has anyone experienced this before? Please tell me it gets better!

Thanks

The pains sound like round ligament pains and I also suffered terribly with cramps!

If you're unsure ring your midwife honeySmile

I'm 16 + 3 and I get all sorts of weird aches and pains. Can be anywhere across lower tummy and up the sides by hips. Also when I get the back pain it's bad I have to take paracetamol and hot water bottle it. :-(

It's stressful as you wonder if something is wrong. I also have had an increase in discharge which apparently is normal. X
