Hi all, I have posted previously about my pregnancy and work issues. My director/owner and manager have been absolutely appalling since I told them of my pregnancy, denying me risk assessments, and not understanding why the lack of a toilet in one store is making things difficult. however now the manager has taken on some personal vendetta against me , for every little thing she feels I do wrong, I get a red mark, three red marks and they take away your time in lieu, which I have told them they cannot do.
I am the only person, out of four , who gets red marks, whose lateness and attendance is monitored.
Today she has started on me because I didn’t empty the bin, it was barely a quarter full, and we never empty it if its not full.
I have spoken to my union who state its clearly pregnancy discrimination as it only started when I was pregnant and hasn’t happened before then, they have said I need to have a grievance meeting with my director and go from there which I’m hoping to do this week.
I have a feeling they will try to sack me through performance which is crazy, I have only been with them six month and have had no training.
I’m getting so worked up!!! AIBU to request a grievance meeting

You're absolutely not being unreasonable! They have legal duties they have to fulfil and their behaviour is appaling. Stand your ground, wishing you lots of strength xx

This sounds awful, please keep talking to your union and make sure you record everything.Good luck!
