Cramps 6 weeks

I've been experiencing cramps the past 3 days worse at night and pain in my lower back. I haven't had any bleeding is this normal?

How bad are they? I’m 5+5 and I’ve been having some light period like cramping too and lower back pain, I’m hoping it’s normal.

@Prettylittlelady they are quite uncomfortable I keep using a hot water bottle which eases it. I never really get period pains and if I did then they were very mild these are a little more painful but not unbearable if that makes sense?

When I was 6 weeks I had one day of horrendous cramping, it was so bad, I was really worried. I'm now 23 weeks and all is well, I think it was just my body stretching and preparing

@Hodge85 Thank you thats reassuring 😊 i had them all day yesterday pretty much and last night but they have eased this morning.

@KimH88 no worries I even had to take paracetamol, I didn't want to but I was at work and it was extremely uncomfortable. It was an awful day, thankfully never happened again x
