My doctors are so rubbish at helping anything unless I go in for a appointment and I'm not going for a appt just for this

Also, I know MN is really good for advice but I wouldnt take medical advice from people on here.

Im an A+E nurse and ive seen some truely shocking medical advice being given.

For anything medical related i'd check the BNF (British National Formulary). It has all (or most, despite some very specialist ones) that medical professionals are licensed to prescribe, and you can check if they're ok in pregnancy. I dont think it'd have herbal stuff in there though.

I read that ginger can be bad for pregnancy so have avoided it. I xant even remember where I read it, but it got stuck in my head!
