Lost mucous plug...can there still be a bloody show?

Hello

I've been losing my mucous plug over the last week but today found a huge chunk in my pad. There has been no blood in it and the colour has been clear white yesterday and in the large chunk today a slightly darker grey colour.

With (I assume) all the plug being out, is it still possible to have a bloody show if there is no mucous left in the cervix?

I'm only 34 + 4 but do have a short cervix. Have an appointment with the doctor tomorrow to check the cervix but a bit confused as to what this could mean

I had similar from about 34 weeks. My midwife says they can regrow.
I lost my plug multiple times and only got a blood show during my 41st week just before I got induced.
