I'm looking for advice
I've used fertility gels twice and fallen pregnant both times an both ended in miscarriage around 9 weeks I have two healthy boys from a previous relationship with no problems conceiving 🤷🏼♀️ can fertility gels cause miscarriage I'm just worried as I want this so bad and everytime we get our hopes up it gets shattered
