Hypnobirthing refresher

Hi all

I did Hypnobirthing for DC1 and due DC2 in a few weeks. I found it quite helpful and would like a refresher as I had blocked the whole birth from of my memory Blush

I don't particularly want to pay loads to attend a class, does anyone have any recommendations for audiobooks/cheap options that I can use?

I would buy Katherine Graves' book and her audio tracks. I also found The Positive Birth Book good.
