Does anyone have any good recommendations for products? It's really starting to get me down.

I've heard mixed reviews about Kalme cream so might give that a shot.

Ozonated olive oil. Worked for me in both pregnancies and saw a difference in acne within a couple of days. Amazing stuff! Bought it online

Kalme reviews are fake they often put stories in the press about success stories. But when you follow these people on Instagram you find out they was sent the products free and before and after pictures are just with and without makeup. The people still have on going rosacea. I tried it for months untill I cracked and washed off weeks of built up products.
My advice just wash with water and follow up with a basic I fragranced moisturiser. Try finacea or soolantra or antibiotics aa the very very very last resort.

Please can I ask what brand you go for? Too many choices and ever since I found out I’m pregnant I literally feel like steam comes out of my ears whenever I’m trying to decide something 🤯😅

Sorry, thought I’d replied directly?! Brand for the ozonated olive oil I mean @sassenach84

The Ordinary Azeliac Acid is worth a try. Took about a month to work for me (I was only using it once a day, it can be used twice daily) after I had a random and quite bad outbreak due to peri menopause hormones but it’s been worth the patience and a steal at about £5.50 from Boots. It’s only a small tube but a little goes a long way.
Also safe to use during pregnancy.

I stripped back my whole face care routine to simply wash with water only, gently cleanse with a Micellar water for sensitive skin and then apply Azeliac Acid. It’s really really helped and I am confident to go out without make up again.

@ShiggyC I've used purO3 most recently. Got it from Amazon. But I doubt the brand matters too much as the product is very simple - just some oil with added oxygen. Seriously magical stuff!

Great I’m definitely going to give it a try, I suffered enough before pregnancy but it’s awful now, thank you @sassenach84
