Are they any good? I'm 35 weeks and feel like I need some support around my bump now. Found this on Amazon for about £22.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I have used turbo grip stuff from the physio for my SPD. You can also use a wrap sling to wrap your bump. I’m not sure the one in that photo would be much use.

@Selfsettling3 I've heard you can get them through physio but dont feel I'm at the point where I need physio myself and also moving house in the next week so don't have time to go anyway, lol.

Will definitely look at a sling 🤔

I have that exact same belt and it was recommended by my physio.
It does help!

I've just bought a Belly Bandit Upsie and I'm finding that it really helps

@ParksAndRecreation That's good to hear! I think I may have to invest in one!

@squee123 Will also check that one out, thank you!

I used one and found it really useful as I had to have some abdominal surgery during pregnancy, it looks exactly like the one pictured also a physio recommendation. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy.

@MrsFrTedCrilly Thank you love! I sure hope it gives me some relief 😌

I used one in my third and fourth pregnancies as I had round ligament pain. It definitely eased the pain and I liked it all feeling tighter.
