I am 37 weeks pregnant and have been given a pack to start expressing. I am either getting nothing or one tiny drop. Do I continue and just wait for supply to increase so I can collect?

As far as I know it's fairly normal to not have a lot at the start but it should increase the more you do it.

Try doing it after you've been in the shower or in a warm environment

The more you do it, the more you will produce, so just keep at it!
