I'm 22 weeks and for the last week I have been feeling lightheaded and tired a lot, I haven't physically fainted though. I went to my GP and he has organised blood tests to check my iron levels. Has anyone else had this? Is there anything I can do to help? It's not a very nice feeling!

I have been feeling the same (I’m also 22 weeks) and apparently my blood pressure is low and I’m slightly anemic, they aren’t going to treat it yet though, I imagine they will if it is lower at the 28 week bloods...

I had the same, my ferritin levels were low. Was prescribed iron 3 times a day. After 5 days I started to feel better and now after 10 days I feel so much better, almost normal. Only downside is constipation so I'm trying to eat more veg.

Low blood pressure- I had this with all 4 dc’s! Problem is by the time you get it checked by nurse it’ll probably be normal again.

I've had this the whole pregnancy so far and it's miserable... I don't have low iron just low BP (I've kind of always had that). Midwives seem unbothered, I just need to keep drinking lots and eating salty food. Easier said than done when I'm feeling sick too! 😩 I'm about 14 and a half weeks
