Could this be a miscarriage at 4 weeks 4 days?

Yesterday I started getting some spotting and then when I went to the toilet during the morning I spotted this in there. I didn’t have any cramps at the time and only later on got slight twinges for a few mins but minimal pain.

Have you had a positive test?

I'm 4 weeks and had some bits and pinkishness, it's implantation which happens around this time.

Had five positive tests from Sunday - yesterday, one negative digital. Taken another test this morning and can’t tell if the line is more faint than yesterday

My boobs have stopped hurting and have gone back to their normal size (they’d got bigger last 4 weeks). I think it’s gone :(

At 4 weeks you're only just late for your period now - and that's based on a 28 day cycle. Give it another few days/a week. Retest then.
